Product overview

The Tentacle Sync TRACK E2 builds on the pocket-sized TRACK E concept with mono and stereo recording, 32-bit float or 24-bit capture and selectable microphone or line-level input. Its new Sound Check technology continuously analyses spoken-word recordings and provides immediate quality feedback, helping operators spot a persistent problem before it becomes a surprise in post.

A built-in OLED display keeps audio levels, battery status and timecode visible on the recorder. Bluetooth links the TRACK E2 to the Tentacle Setup App for remote control, audio monitoring and wireless timecode synchronisation, while cable jam-sync and timecode input/output support wider production workflows. Tentacle also states at least 12 hours of runtime and enhanced protection against weather, dust and moisture.
